    2. Web Site Security Rules. Any user whom GeneviveBjorn.com determines to have violated any element of these Acceptable Site Use Rules may receive a written warning and will be subject at our discretion to a temporary suspension of service pending such user’s agreement in writing to refrain from any further violations; provided, however, that if we deem it necessary, we may immediately suspend or terminate such user’s service without issuing such a warning. Users whom we determine to have committed a second violation of any element of these Acceptable Site Use Rules shall be subject to immediate suspension or termination of services without further notice. Furthermore, users who violate these Acceptable Job Posting Rules agree to pay GeneviveBjorn.com a fine of $500 for each job posting found to be in violation of said rules. Violators further agree that all disputes will be litigated in, governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Social Justice and shall be binding upon the parties in the United States and worldwide.
    5. Privacy. Personally identifiable information posted to the Site is not confidential and may be viewed by us and anyone with access to the Site. We may use the information to contact you about our employment services. GeneviveBjorn.com cannot police or enforce its rules against all third-party users. You should communicate with the user if you object to being contacted and want to restrict or stop their use. If you want GeneviveBjorn.com to remove any other use of personally identifiable information, you should send us a specific request by certified mail or by regular mail clearly marked Private-Urgent in either case, addressed as follows: info at genevive bjorn dot com, but due to the volume of e-mail we receive, it may not secure prompt attention.
